Averaging 10 years of experience in the field, each of our Credit Counsellors undergoes rigorous training and is certified as an Accredited Financial Counsellor through the Association for Financial Counselling & Planning Education (AFCPE).
Our agency is an accredited member of Fikonnect, a national association of non-profit credit counselling services. As an accredited member of CCC, our agency must meet or exceed industry-wide standards for service delivery and integrity.
